Very poor customer service!!!!I needed help to install a module in my alarm system but no one can help me… I have had no alarm system for 4 days now. These people are only good and available for new customers. Really worst for existing customers with limited hours to help… What kind of home security is this if I cannot have my alarm system working for days now. I definitely would not recommend Protect America and I regret getting them… I’m a very dissatisfied customer

FALSE FALSE FALSE disclaimer on returning equipment! They tell you on the phone you have 72 hours to terminate your contract with 100% money back guarantee. What they fail to say is the 72 hours starts the minute you agree. 48 hours in transit to my house, the box sat a day before I opened and was not happy with the quality of the system components. By now my 72 hours had expired. I call in to terminate my contract and return the UNINSTALLED system and was told I had 100% RESTOCK FEE! Just these type of business ethics made me realize I made the right choice to go with another security company that has 24 customer care, (these guys don’t) and superior equipment and PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION at no cost. Start up fees were the same price as well . So I believe Protect America is in the business of shipping crap to people all over country and keeping their money when they are not satisfied. Serious money maker.

This company is a joke. I intentionally set off the alarm system to verify if they were monitoring my home and never did I receive a phone call to see if everything was okay. I called and asked could a technician come out to make sure everything was set up properly and on several occasions was told no. After wasting hundreds of dollars with them and canceling my contract immediately when my contract was over, they called and asked could they send out a technician. Really?!?! After three years of service and now you want to send a technician?!?! Customer service and performance, I rate a negative 10.
None working equipment and very poor customer service. I don’t think they monitor the system at all. Send me defective equipment and continued to say it was a bad installation on my part. Promised to send me new sensors for over a year. Stopped paying monthly service due to lack of fulfillment on their part for new sensors and non monitoring. The alarm went off 4-5 times during the year and never a call from PA to see if there was a problem.
