MyNewsletterBuilder has been built for both the advanced user, and the less technically accomplished. The automatic newsletter editor, The Genie Editor, is straightforward and easy to use. It includes features such as drag and drop, and real time editing, so you can see exactly what your readers will see. With the editor you can use professionally designed banners, buttons and customizable fonts. If you are more advanced, you can also choose to work directly in an HTML editor.
As MyNewsletterBuilder prides itself on its services, the area of customer support is also a priority for them. They have phone and live chat support six days a week and email support 24/7.

I have a Newsletter it is presently a paper edition…how do I convert this to an online edition and have it in the correct order…8 pages.
Hi Buckwheat Catapillar, and thank you for your comment.
The most straightforward solution would be to scan your newsletter page by page and use an online PDF editor to create one consistent document. But if you’re willing to invest your time in it, we recommend using an email marketing service and building a newsletter based on the printed edition. This way, you can take advantage of various newsletter templates as well as make different versions of the newsletter to see what’s best for your audience. Have a nice day, and let us know if you need further assistance!
I noticed two years ago that the Mynewsletterbuilder platform had become buggy and that emailing customer support was a waste of time. This fall, after charging me $95, images stopped showing on all of my MNB newsletters, drafts, and in the image gallery. Customer support responded to about 25% of the calls and emails I made about this, and MNB could not fix the problem. I requested a refund multiple times via email and phone and MNB has yet to respond. Do not use this platform: it is seriously flawed and customer support is virtually nonexistent.
