Wrike is the overall best option out there!
Wrike is listed in the project management section. But it is much more then a standard project management application. It is built to be flexible and collaborative. It helps you keep your team organized and on task. Below are some more specific information about Wrike features.
Wrike organizes your work using folders (for higher structure) projects and tasks. Task can be listed under multiple projects or folders, this allows you to have a traditional project folder while also allowing you to track tasks by other categories, one of your employees use GTD, he can organize his tasks into personal GTD folders. You like to track work in weekly sprints, you can assign the tasks for next week into one sprint folder so all can see what needs attention.
Wrike allows you to attach a variety of documents from different sources to each task. This makes project related documents easy to track. It will also keep versions for you.
Wrike is very strong in communication, you can communicate with wrike via email (submit and update tasks) and your team members are updated via email as tasks are updated … and you can choose what projects/folder and/or what frequency (as they occur, a daily email).
Wrike has a ‘dashboard concept and users can have their own as well as you can create shared dashboards to help organize your work.
The above are a short list of the features and don’t nearly do Wrike justice, take the time to check it out!
