I am a current customer and Simplisafe has a pretty good product, but they seem to be having difficulty launching their security cameras.
First it was September if 2015 and then February or March; what is going on here?
The main thing that bothers me about this matter is that they do not update their customers as to what’s going on! If a customer, like myself, has asked about getting the cameras, they should keep them informed as to the disposition.
I’m beginning to think differently about this company as a whole.
