The company also offers countless business-specific contract forms. These include car rental agreements, video release forms, accounting contracts, and SEO proposals. Like user-created templates, business forms are also fully editable with signature placeholders and text boxes.

Still, Signaturely could improve its platform by offering advanced custom fields. For instance, payment collection would be useful for clients who want to include it in the signing process.

While Signaturely’s cybersecurity tools may seem minimalistic, there’s no need to worry about a data breach happening or signatures getting forged. Every signing process is protected by military-grade encryption, and the company’s security experts regularly conduct penetration tests to reveal any kind of vulnerability.

The software also offers detailed audit trails, which track where and when a document is opened and signed. When subscribed to a Business plan, companies can introduce extra security measures, including the ability to decide whether you accept only drawn or typed e-signatures.

What’s more, account security is ensured with two-factor authentication via Google Authenticator or SMS. The platform logs users out after one hour of idle time, ensuring no one can take a peek into sensitive data.

Finally, Signaturely adheres to several privacy laws, such as the highest level of a PCI certificate that protects payment conducted through the platform. Most importantly, admissibility in court is ensured since every signature created with the software is legally binding.

The only way to access your Signaturely account is via its web application, which serves as an e-signature platform and a management interface. It’s where users can easily tweak electronic signatures and account settings.

Unfortunately, browsers like Google Chrome tend to slow down when documents are uploaded and edited on Signaturely. As such, it’s best to use secure browsers similar to Avast Secure Browser to ensure the platform will always run smoothly and meet your e-signing needs.

The e-signature software, Signaturely, offers a straightforward pricing structure with its two paid plans: Personal and Business. You can choose to pay monthly or yearly, with the latter providing a generous 20% discount.

With prices starting at $16 per month, the Personal plan is the cheapest option. Although it costs a bit more than its competitors, it’s still reasonable for all the features you get.

A free plan is also available if you want to try it out first before subscribing but keep in mind that signature requests, including self-signing, are limited to one per month.

A paid subscription is needed to benefit from unlimited signature requests. However, only the Business plan – $32 per month per user with annual billing – comes with custom branding and unlimited contract templates.

Unfortunately, the company doesn’t offer refunds, so it’s best to consider your e-signing needs before committing to a paid plan. Once signed up, it’s worth noting that a referral program is available, where you can receive a 25% discount if a friend you invite joins Signaturely.

The company’s customer service is available through a support ticket, email, and phone. Singnaturely’s central office phone line is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PT) on business days.

After reaching out to the support agents, we’re happy to say that our overall experience was very positive. We received a response within three hours after submitting a support request via email.

The company also has a chatbot, but it only redirects users to the ticket submission path. While nothing to write home about, it does speed up sending help requests since users only need to click on the window in the bottom right corner of the page.

As a cherry on top, the company generously offers a forever-free plan to get users started. Although limited to one signature request per month, it’s still a great way to try out the service without paying a dime.

Unfortunately, Signaturely has a no-refund policy. Even so, the 20% discount when subscribing to annual billing and the company’s referral program are superb incentives to give this e-signature software a go.
