First, customers contact us and tell us about what they want to protect. We configure the system from our fulfillment center in Kansas and ship it to the customer’s door. The customer places the system and sensors around the home in about 30 minutes, then we activate the system with a call from our team to the customer. It’s that easy, then the customer can control their security system, lights, locks, thermostat and more from their smartphone, tablet or computer.
