InterCall is easily the largest collaboration and conferencing service provider in the world, offering a wider range of audio, video as well as web conferencing services to both enterprise and small businesses. These services are offered via both proprietary solutions as well as partnership offerings from Microsoft, Cisco and IBM. Online meetings are just a click away with InterCall’s Unified Meeting (IUM) web conferencing solution. The easy-to-use, instant service is known to be simple, reliable and secure with no additional software required at the client end.
IUM requires no client downloads and it extends support for all browsers and client operating systems. The presenters, however, need to download the IUM App before the meeting.
InterCall also offers Mobile Conferencing Solutions, InterCall MobileMeet and Mobile Assistant for people on the move to catch up with InterCall audio conferences on their mobile phones. These solutions allow travellers to store dial-in numbers and meeting schedules in advance, convene audio meetings or join the conferences instantly without keying in any additional details, as well as view the participant list and get informed on meeting room details in real time. The ability to mute voice and control the meeting, and invite participants during the meeting using messenger or Siri are other significant features of MobileMeet.
The Mobile Assistant and MobileMeet support most mobile phones including the popular Android (Mobile Assistant and MobileMeet), iPhone (Mobile Assist and MobileMeet) and Blackberry brands.
Ideal for virtual collaboration, presentations and reviews in real time, and remote training and knowledge sharing purposes – InterCall Unified Meeting solution offers unlimited online meetings for $42 a month with special offers for small businesses to pay monthly for unlimited meetings starting at $39 a month. The solution comes with a 30-day free trial period, and customer support is offered to manage accounts and train users on the solution.
Pricing details are not featured on the site as they are determined by the features and volume of a specific request. Requests can be placed online at the InterCall website.
Technical support is separately available for each specific aspect of the solution, in addition to a live chat facility at the website.

Beware of the massive hidden charges, this company is not to be trusted. Their service is adequate but the hidden rates make it far from worth it. One of the biggest ripoffs I’ve ever experienced, buyer beware. I will never go back, use gotomeeting or skype instead. Way better for the price.
I started with the free 30-day trial in my office and it helped improve the quality of my meetings so much that I ended purchasing and extending my service. InterCall is compatible with my busy schedule, and the busy schedules of my colleagues, making it easy for us to get in touch on the go and wherever we please. I am no where near a tech junky, and their software was extremely simple and easy to use, and made me feel overall more organized and professional. I would recommend InterCall to any business.
Using InterCall‘s web conferencing services was the best decision my company has ever made. Before InterCall, my colleagues and I would dread web conferences because of the confusing and often malfunctioning software. InterCall has changed all that – we have never had an issue and the software is incredibly easy to use. I would highly suggest switching to or using InterCall if you haven’t already!
