I purchased my CVS Medical Alert System on line. I paid $150 for the complete system. I had my monitoring contract with Symphony Support. I no longer need the Medical Alert System. I have now cancelled my contract with them. They said that I could send my system back. Is this correct? If it is, where to I send it and is there any refund for returning the system?

I had a bad fall this week (less than 30 days of purchase) i pressed the black box button and it did not connect with 911. I called customer and was treated like a dumb child and Barry continued calling me several more times harassing me all evening. this company has no business being in business and preying on the elderly and financially challenged. They push until you cannot think straight. Very Cult-Like approach.
