Vocalocity has three different plans with three different prices. The first plan is the virtual extension. This one costs $14.99 per month and it offers unlimited minutes. Another plan, known as the metered extension costs $14.99 per month and it costs $.03 per minute. You can also get the unlimited extension plan for $39.99 per month. This one gives you an unlimited number of extensions and minutes.
The customer service of Vocalocity is very solid and is considered to be one of the best in the VoIP industry. If you have any questions about the service, you can always e-mail them or contact them via phone. They are very helpful and should be able to give you the assistance that you need. They also offer a technical support team in case you become a customer and are having problems with the system.
