ViaTalk provides you with enhanced voicemail, caller ID, call forwarding, call recording and a mobile app for your smartphone. You are given various options that are included such as call routing, voicemail access and anonymous call blocking. The download and registration are free from the website. ViaTalk also provides a fax service for an additional monthly charge, a toll-free 800 number for inbound calls and a virtual local number. Additionally, the overage charge of a mere 9 cents a minute is notably less than many competitors.

Once again, there is a charge of 1.9 cents for every minute that exceeds the 1500 limit. This service is priced at $34.94 per month. The Business Unlimited allows you an unlimited amount of calls to the United States and Canada and is priced at $42.95 per month. It should be noted that you can add extra amenities onto any of these plans at an additional price.

Customer service

ViaTalk‘s customer support is said to be of the highest caliber, particularly the unique feature allowing you to leave a designate number that the representative can call you on during times of high inbound inquiry volume. They also provide an online chat service as well as an email transcript for all conversations. The only downside is that some have maintained that there can be pronounced lag time between the time and email inquiry is sent and when it is answered.     Extremely poor customer service. Service is spotty. Call quality is so-so at best. I am extremely unhappy customer

    Customer Service is terrible. The voice quality is poor and low volume even with 150 MBPS Fios. No mobile app. Try to cancel the service and you will become the enemy. You will not get your money back prorated for the months used. You will not get an answer if you ask for an explanation on the refund. I do not recommend this company at any price. Find a good company with a good service and good voice with a good volume.

    I have had them for about 10 years we recently went to 100M fios, but have never had an issue with quality or service, Feature rich, I have ours set up so if an unknown callers calls you have to put in a 3 digit code, we never get a robo call at all.
