The ability to login anywhere, at any time, means that you will always be on top of the status of your project. You will quickly be able to see if the project is proceeding according to plan, how the budget stands and whether the overall project is on time. A few of the world’s largest companies including Boeing and Cisco are customers of ProjectManager, but the software also perfectly caters to smaller teams.

Main features of ProjectManager.com

Use the Project Planner to quickly set up tasks and schedules, to allocate resources to the project and to monitor project progress. Once the plan is in place, you may need to get a quick overview of how your various projects are progressing. The Project Dashboard uses intuitive charts and tables to show you projects at a glance. You can add timesheets online using the Time Tracking module, keeping you up to date on whether or not the project is proceeding on schedule, and allowing you to make modifications as needed to get back on track. And the Expense Tracking module lets you keep track of costs, keeping the project within the established budget. These are just a few of the many easy to use features that will help you manage even the most challenging project.

Plans and pricing

There are three pricing plans available. All come with a 30-day free trial, so you can be sure that this is the tool for you, risk free.

  • The Starter plan allows one to five users to manage an unlimited number of projects. Priced at just $25 per user per month, it is great for a small organization or a single project manager.
  • The Team plan also allows unlimited projects and accommodates from six to 10 users. The price for this plan is $20 per user per month.
  • The Business plan is for organizations with more than ten users. It costs $15 per user per month.

Is ProjectManager.com easy to use?

The software has been designed with ease of use in mind. The intuitive interface is set up to allow you to quickly switch between projects and tasks within a project through a simple to navigate tabbed interface. Each project loads in its own tab, so switching between projects is as simple as switching between windows in an Internet browser.

Customer service

None of these features would be as powerful without great customer support to back them up. The website has a resource portal with everything from training videos, eBooks and webinars to templates, blogs and newsletters to get you up and running quickly. Training sessions, presentations and demonstrations are available if you need more individualized help. Email and phone support is also available if you need it.

    DON’T DO IT! This software considers “users” to be the names of people you enter into the program. They don’t have to have actual log ins, or to ever have logged on, nor does projectmanager.com notify you that you have changed to another pricing structure WHILE YOU ARE ON A FREE TRIAL. So, while I’m trying to see whether this software will be beneficial to my company, these unscrupulous turds debit my personal bank account $750 without saying a word. I am now going to 5+ days waiting for a refund after I contacted them. Oh, and don’t try to reach someone by phone – you just get a voicemail, the kind you when when you call a friend. I get the feeling this software is run out of someone’s basement. I’ve had nothing more than an idiotic email that explains nothing. When I’ve inquired what that means, I get no response. There should be a law against this activity.

    Don’t sign up for a trial even if you cancel your subscription through their site and advise them they still debit the money from your account…
