Senior Plans are offered for dogs 10 years of age or older. For dog owners who prefer an Accident Only Plan, that is available for dogs of any age. Average pricing is $24.95 a month for $4,500.00 of annual coverage and a per incident cap of $1,500.00. $49.95 monthly would provide annual coverage of $12,000.00 at $3,500.00 per occurrence. Multiple pet families can sign up for a reasonable discounted rate for their pet insurance riders.

    Do NOT sign up for this pet insurance. You will not receive your claims information and paperwork within a reasonable amount of time, and their late and poor attempts to “guide” you through the claim process you will pass their previously stated 90 window period. If you enroll in this insurance through a third party or over the internet, do not expect to see your policy documents and claims information for at least two months. Then, when you call to try and figure out how to make things work or why you got your information extremely late, they will tell you that someone else handles the mailings and that they “unfortunately” cannot help you with your claim anymore. WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with, hands down!

    Typical insurance red-tape crap. Will find any/every reason to deny your claim. Good thing I didn’t have the $4000 surgery the vet advised us to have done. Reimbursement insurance is a very bad idea. And the front-end customer service people sometimes can’t even tell you what is missing from your claim. You can’t actually talk to the people who really make the decision on your claim. They scrutinize every single word your vet writes down looking for their exit plan. It would not surprise me at all if they get bonuses when they deny an exceptional monetary amount of claims. DRINKS FOR EVERYONE! scumbags

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKE TOO LONG TO GIVE A REFUND AND THEY GIVE YOU RUN AROUND EVERYTIME,PLEASE WRITE NAMES OF PEOPLE YOU TALK ALL THE TIME AND WHAT THEY SAY.
