They advertise you can get a phone number for $1, but when I actually sign up, I have to credit $5. I never used their service before and a few minutes after signing up, I requested to delete my account. They refuse to delete my account because “Free Voip Plan is required for all accounts,” no matter how many times I tell them I am never going to use it and please do not keep my personal information in your database.

Company intentionally misleads potential customers by listing their rates as “per call” but the fine print clarifies it as per minute. The rates are horrible.

We dropped CallCentric a few years ago when they went offline after a NYC rain storm for several days, and they never answered our emails, support tickets, or phone calls We were offline for nearly a week. No phone service. We switched to Nextiva and it ahs been perfect.

I have used Callcentric for many years and have referred friends to them as well. They are excellent give great customer service and very knowledgeable. I’ve also used them overseas. For residential the pay per minute plan is a real bargain
