Terrible customer service. Trying for 3 months to cancel my service and still getting billed. They tell you to call to cancel service or to chat, however, that is an impossibility when they don’t answer. Getting screwed by this company. Avoid!

Trustfax cannot be trusted. I called to cancel 2 accounts I was being auto billed on, one account I was not able to use for 3 years (no options to fax or do anything other than see billing history), but still got billed every month. After I called them I agreed to cancel the “broken” unusable account and keep the other account at around 2.95 per month last month. The problem? They never cancelled the “broken” account, I called just now and gave them my billing info, they told me I had to take it up with my bank to get it cancelled…. REALLY? NOT ACCEPTABLE! Cancel both of my accounts please!!!!! TRUSTFAX SUCKS!!!!

I agree with what Wayne Mitchell wrote. Every time I have tried to send a fax, there was a problem. EVERY TIME. And when a fax doesn’t go through the second time, it needs to be uploaded again. What a pain. Also, they don’t save copies of your outgoing faxes. What’s the point in that? If I need to prove a fax was sent at a particular time, I need to show what was sent. When I contacted customer service by email, it took them 3 or 4 days to get back to me. If the service actually worked, it would be worth it for me as a time-saver, but it doesn’t work and actually takes up more time than if I were to print things and physically fax them. The product sucks and so does the customer support.

With the new interace, I have not been able to send any faxes. I followed the online support info to no avail. I contacted support on Dec 15, it is now Dec 31 and still no support. I ended up going elsewhere. Much easier to use program – Dropbox Fax. I use to love them when it was actually Trust Fax. Now it is another company who doesn’t give a crap about it’s customers.

I have had the service for approx 3 years. For starters they doubled the Price of their basic service. I only fax about once a month so as a value it is no longer good. If you get an error which in my case seems more often then not Trustfax does not save any information on your outbound fax and cover page or let you resend after their 2 attempts so you have to log back in and retype all this info again. Make sure to copy and paste especially if you have a long cover page onto a Wordpad. The errors are in many cases the fault of Trustfax ie no answer yet when i manually dial the fax it answers. Wont accept files over 10MB for upload. Has issues with long file names. Been trying to send one fax for over an hour today, I’m getting rid of service today it SUCKS!!!!
