Interview with StrongVPN’s Doug Haden

Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what you do at StrongVPN?

My name is Doug Haden, and I’m a manager here at StrongVPN.com

Your company also runs ReliableHosting.com. Does this other activity have any advantages for your VPN users?

Why should someone who’s already using a service like StrongDNS get a VPN as well?

The VPN is essential for network privacy these days. We recommend everyone has a VPN for anything they do from online banking, to gaming, to general internet browsing.

How can you guarantee that activity of your users won’t be logged?

During our normal course of duties, we do not monitor, record or store logs for any single customers VPN activity. We do not store web traffic data, including websites visited, files downloaded, etc. We will however record the following data for load balancing reasons:
