Overview comparison for Invoicera, Zoho Invoice

Incredible innovation with Invoicera

If you invest in Invoicera, you will receive features such as the ability to receive payments through over twenty different gateways, powerful multi-currency and multi-lingual support, and the ability to record and categorize expenses and time logs. You will also get tons of customization options to help fit the application specifically to your different needs. Manual integration with your e-commerce store(s), your ERP solutions, and your order and payment forms is another key feature of Invoicera; the customization options are simply endless.

If you use Invoicera, you will also be able to essentially get the whole application on your own server. This will give you features such as unlimited invoicing, unlimited clients, and the ability to have multiple users. Also, you will be able to manually customize the application to your heart’s content so that you can get it to perfectly fit all of the needs and wants of your company. On top of all of this, one of the best features that Invoicera offers is the option to professionally customize your invoices.

Basically, after you send some information about your company to Invoicera, you will receive your own personalized template for all of your invoices. These templates are professionally made and designed to depict your corporate identity. You can boost your credibility with professional looking templates, and you can use your template as much as you want or need to. All of this comes at a price of any where between $0 and $100 per month, depending on the plan that you select.

Invoicing problems are a no-go with Zoho

Then, of course, there’s Zoho Invoice. Zoho Invoice has many of the same features as Invoicera, but offers a few other differentiating aspects as well. First of all, you can set up payment reminders and notifications when you receive new payments. This will help improve your overall cash flow. Simple time tracking is another big part of Zoho; you are offered many different efficient ways to manage your timesheets and track time for your projects easily.

Finally, there’s the best part of Zoho Invoice; the amount of mobility it offers. There are apps available in the Apple App Store and Android Market that essentially let you do all your online invoicing directly from your smartphone when you’re on the go. There aren’t many online invoice companies that offer this, so it is most definitely one of the big differentiating aspects of Zoho’s invoicing software. Monthly plans cost anywhere between zero and thirty dollars per month.

The final verdict

Overall, Invoicera and Zoho Invoice are both fantastic options when it comes to online invoicing. If you are a power user that needs a lot of functionality and features, Invoicera is probably right for you. However, if you are just a small business that needs a simple online invoice system and lots of support when you’re on the go, Zoho Invoice is the better solution.

User Feedback
  1. Veronika Tondon

I think Invoicera is the best billing application. I love the invoice scheduling feature of Invoicera. It is of great help.

  2. Yes Invoicera is pretty good with time tracking and all but Nutcache offers a lot more flexibility (unlimited users, unlimited companies, unlimited everything) for free.
I would put Nutcache first, then Invoicera and finally Zoho.
Overall three good systems but it’s hard to beat free AND unlimited you know!

  3. While comparing these two, Invoicera definitely wins the race, as it has numerous features like time tracking, expense tracking, invoice management and many more to add on to this fantastic online invoicing software. It is like Mercedes Benz in the online invoicing market. Supporting multiple languages, currencies and payment Gateways makes this software THE BEST!
