You can even spice up things a bit and throw in some fun facts, such as the amount of coffee consumed throughout the month or celebrate a new employee’s arrival. Unlike special events, this type of periodic webinar allows for more easy-going meetings, so employees are relaxed and engage more.

Take advantage of analytics to improve internal communication

Webinar software comes with everything required to measure your event’s success. These metrics are incredibly insightful to understand how engaged your employees were and where you need to improve. By providing helpful reports after each session, webinar platforms allow you to know useful details about who attended, how long they stayed in the webinar, how they responded to poll questions, among other information. On top of that, you can launch a survey at the end of the webinar to ask employees for feedback on how to make future events even more engaging.
