The Xero app, available for iOS and Android devices, knows all the basic features you need for easier accounting. The super simple dashboard shows your business transactions, your outstanding invoices and your revenue. Speaking of invoices, you can easily create new ones and immediately send them to your clients. Once they have paid their bills, you can simply enter a new payment by tapping the $ sign next to the invoice. The mobile app of FreshBooks, available for iOS and Android, is a real shocker; not because it is so bad, but quite the contrary. The FreshBooks app is one of the best available on the accounting market. Not only can you create and send invoices, capture and process your receipts, manage your clients, but you can also manage projects, track working time, and even create estimates for your customers as well. The only downside of the app is that your business reports open in a mobile browser, but aside from that FreshBooks developed a perfect app that is capable of completely substituting the desktop version.
