Netflix is releasing the beast on all of us! Debuting February 24th, 2017, Ultimate Beastmaster is a new competition reality show that will put athletes, weekend warriors and adrenaline addicts from 6 countries to the test in one of the most unbelievably tough obstacle courses ever made. The show is expected to be released worldwide but for those countries that are still uncharted waters to the media service, the best thing will be getting a VPN account and an international Netflix subscription. Brought to you by the hands of Dave Broome, creator and executive producer of The Biggest Loser, and world famous hardcore superstar Sylvester Stallone, Ultimate Beastmaster’s first season will consist of 10 episodes with six country-specific versions having each their own hosts and languages. A total of 108 competitors will run “The Beast” divided in 18 athletes per country and 12 per show. The winner of each one of these will be crowned “Beastmaster” of its corresponding country (USA, Brazil, South Korea, Mexico, Germany or Japan) and the show will have its highpoint in the final episode where all the Beastmasters from the nine previous episodes will compete to become the Ultimate Beastmaster.
The Netflix series is greatly awaited, particularly in the countries it will feature. The hosts for the U.S. show will be Terry Crews (former football player and cherished actor from movies like Stallone’s saga The Expendables, among others) and Charissa Thompson (television host, Fox Sports 1 and NBCsportscaster).
As mentioned, Ultimate Beastmaster will debut worldwide in all Netflix libraries although unfortunately there are countries that still don’t have access to the service itself.
