Privileged Access Management Company VaultOne Acquired by JumpCloud

In May 2025, the unified platform for identity, access, and devices, JumpCloud, acquired VaultOne – a company that develops zero-trust privileged access management (PAM) solutions.

VaultOne has been providing security services for a wide range of key assets, including SaaS applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, since 2017.

JumpCloud’s chief technology officer and co-founder, Greg Keller, says:

"We are continuously evaluating our customers' needs to extend JumpCloud into more areas where we can provide secure, frictionless access to resources, regardless of where the team or resources are located".

Leonardo Cooper, VaultOne’s CEO, said:

"We are thrilled to integrate VaultOne’s PAM technology into JumpCloud’s comprehensive platform, working together to create a truly unified and secure IT experience for organizations of all sizes".

VaultOne offers:

  • Privileged access for critical assets
  • Built-in secure browsing
  • Secure no-VPN approach
  • Scalable security for businesses
  • Advanced cyberthreat prevention

Business-oriented VPNs

Businesses often must ensure secure access to their resources and network while guaranteeing compliance and risk management. While VaultOne has solutions that remove the need for a VPN, a considerable number of organizations still rely on VPNs.

These services include enterprise-level encryption, network segmentation, thorough access control management, device posture security, and multiplatform support. If you have a business, we recommend choosing from a list of business VPN services to get the best security possible.
