I chose VPS.net because they offered me great presales support and were overall very responsive even before ordering a VPS server with them. I'm now on a small pack and have already been able to test the flexibility of their up and downscaling of server capacity, which works truly great. I'm glad I picked VPS.net, they are entirely dedicated to VPS hosting and manage their business perfectly. I haven't even tested their apps hosting to the fullest yet, something I will definitely be trying once I've upgraded my pack to medium. I'm not giving them a perfect 5/5 on all rating categories because simply nobody is perfect
