Leap Into Action with the New Chrome Extension of SaferVPN, Spare the Hassle

Tired of always turning your VPN service on and off whenever you want to read an article unavailable in your country, or watch a blocked streaming channel? Are you fed up with the loading times, and the hassle of looking for your VPN’s icon? Luckily for you, SaferVPN got you covered. Their VPN solution is now not only safer, but also more convenient, thanks to their brand new Google Chrome extension. SaferVPN’s latest feature allows you to reach the switch right from your browser, and activate it on the go.

VPN for Chrome

A VPN App right in your Chrome

So what is this Chrome extension all about? To put it simple: it brings the user-friendly SaferVPN interface right to your browser. You only need to visit SaferVPN’s page in the Chrome store, and then add the extension to your browser. A shield icon will appear on your toolbar, displaying whether or not your VPN connection is active. To start your anonymous session, just click on the icon. It will bring up a single menu where you can toggle the status of the VPN, and lets you choose between the available server locations. You can even favorite multiple proxies, or pick a recommended one. The creators provided means for troubleshooting, and the customer support can be reached right from the extension.

Is it worth using?

Absolutely! Most people only rely on a VPN service occasionally, when they run into a geo-blocked content, or access the internet from a vulnerable public Wi-Fi network. For these users, the process looks like this: first they need to stop browsing to search for the VPN’s icon, launch it and then wait for the connection to happen. This takes precious minutes away from your lunchbreak, and some people simply decide to skip it. But if the “On” switch for your VPN is only a click away, and it launches from your browser, you’re less likely to give up on the idea.
