While more committed to donating to charities than to offering discounts, Healthy Paws has a few money-saving tricks up its sleeve nonetheless. First of all, employers will be happy to note that by making Healthy Paws part of their voluntary benefits program, employees will receive discounts at no extra charge to the employer. Being a part of a membership organization like AAA or AMAC also pays off, since Healthy Paws offers a variety of discounts to members.
It doesn’t offer discounts for active or former military members, multiple pet enrollment discounts, or a free trial. Despite this, policyholders may cancel their plan and receive a full refund within the first 30 days of enrollment if no claims have been filed. However, this is only available for customers outside of New York, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
