Although VoIP still suffers from some minor reliability issues, the prices of virtual phone systems are so cheap and convincing that customers have already made the decision and started moving their phone systems to the cloud. To make sure that new subscribers remain for a longer period of time, VoIP companies often have different ways for customers to further reduce their costs by either offering a longer subscription period or cutting fees in half for a determined period of time.
Since Cloud Phone doesn’t charge its new users for the first 30 days of use and it allows clients to cancel their subscriptions without major consequence, the company has fixed subscription plans with prices that cannot be reduced by any means. Therefore the only way to keep costs down is to choose the simplest pricing plan, Basic: although it doesn’t come with any free minutes and the number of free business texts is pretty low, the cost is an affordable $12 per month.
