Long time USAIP user, accessing it from US and Europe for years. Recently, the European servers failed to work. The server I tried in the US appears to work. I contacted USAIP customer service over a week ago and have yet to receive any reply. I was happy with the service, even though it was expensive, when it did work. Now, I can’t see the point of renewing my subscription.
