Instead of providing a pre-built platform, Twilio Flex offers a blank canvas that you can build upon through either hard coding or by using the intuitive drag-and-drop features. Pricing-wise, Twilio Flex only charges for the time spent on the platform, costing $1 per hour per user. A flat rate is also available, but it costs a whopping $150 per month per user. Unfortunately, the company doesn’t offer any discounts, but you can take advantage of the first free 5,000 hours to develop and test your contact center.
