Instead of selling “plans”, OneSuite has a different approach as pay-as-you-go. With a monthly fee of as little as $2.95/mo, customers can get unlimited incoming fax for free, and outgoing fax starting from $0.018/per page ($0.025 from US # to US#). We also offer a 30 day free trial and 24/7 customer service. If customers only need to receive faxes, they can sign up for OneSuite Fax Basic for only $1.00/mo, no other fees will be charged. With all that being said, our offering is very competitive with, for example, MetroFax’s plan, $7.95/mo for 500 pages in total.
OneSuite does not offer discounts on annual contracts since we do not offer any type of contracts actually. And that means customers will have the freedom to unsubscribe the service anytime they want, no question asked, no fee charged. Our customers don’t really need to commit to a “plan”, they don’t need to waste money on fax pages they do not send.
