Although most parts of Amigos.com are very user-friendly, this cannot be said about their helpdesk. The site tries to keep itself aloof from people by directing them to the FAQ section. This part is well-detailed, and the sheer number of presented topics is admirable, but sometimes pre-made answers won’t solve your problem. In this case, Amigos.com doesn’t suggest a clear method. You can contact them over phone for billing support, or report an abuse via email, but they lack the clear outline for other problems.
All in all, Amigos.com is a competent dating solution, and Latino singles are going to welcome this kind of service. The site handles the matchmaking professionally, and it offers different kinds of communication options, including emails, chat and blogs. The blog section is very helpful for people who are good at expressing themselves, and the group functions are nice additions too. Sadly, most of these come standard with the FriendFinder sites. Amigos.com has little merits on its own, which is made worse by their continuous effort to force you to buy one of their premium subscriptions. The free account is basically useless, as you aren’t even allowed to check out someone’s profile.
