There’s 24/7 live chat, but the company doesn’t do what it preaches. While Business Anywhere says it will respond immediately, we waited more than 15 minutes for someone to get to us and received no reply.
We also tried to contact the service through its contact form, which is only available for registered users. We did get a response this time around, but it took the company over 24 hours to answer us.
The website has an FAQ at the bottom of each page, and its blog also educates current and potential customers with financial information, resources, tips, and tricks.
Moreover, while the company is on social media, it’s not apparent which platform customers should use to speak to a representative. There’s no phone number displayed on the website either. Yet, confusingly, a number is displayed on Business Anywhere’s Facebook page.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was the worse experience I’ve had in business with a company. The website does not detail which type of virtual address is needed for different ventures so I purchased a regular address for which I paid $240. I instantly had a terrible gut feeling after making this purchase after I seen the address they provided. Unlike other websites they don’t pre populate the address so you can see that it doesn’t look like a regular address. Once you purchase you’re stuck with the address. The state then rejected the address due to incorrect formatting for a business. I contacted the company all within less than 24 hours of the purchase. My purchase was still pending at the time and could have easily been reversed. Instead that took days to respond, then offered me a replacement product that was $100 less than the one I paid for and denied a refund. They offered me a refund and said I could then purchase the correct item only to ignore my response for a month and then later retract the offer for a refund after I reached back out for a follow up. I’m very disappointed in this disheartening level of customer service and the overall experience. Please do all of your research and reach out for questions (expect days before getting an answer) before you choose services with this company!
